Return Policy

Within 30 days of Delivery date, you may return items purchased from Technology Galaxy, provided they are in "like-new" condition with original packaging and accessories. Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of RMA issuance, so please allow yourself a few days when requesting a return. All shipment damages must be reported to Technology Galaxy within 3 days of delivery date, in order for a damage claim to be filed with the carrier. To return an item to our company, please follow the steps below:

Email us via your account login to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. An RMA form will then be emailed to you within one business day.

Once you receive the RMA form via email, please follow the instructions given to submit your RMA Request.

Our returns team will respond to your RMA submission within 3 business days (certain RMA requests may take longer). If you do not receive an email response within 3 business days, please email us to obtain the status.

After following the instructions listed above, you will receive instructions via e-mail on how and where to return the item(s). Technology Galaxy does not provide return shipping.

We cannot refund your original shipping charges. The returned merchandise will be credited to your original form of payment.
